I have graduated from Durham University with a degree in Modern Languages specializing in French and Russian. In past I have been a French and Spanish teaching assistant, au-paired in France and studied for 8 months in Russia. I have recently been awarded an Accredited Advanced 120 hour TEFL Certificate, which has helped me develop teaching skills as well as mindfulness. I have a very keen interest in languages including French, Russian, Spanish and Mandarin Chinese. I have been learning the guitar for almost a year and enjoy playing with my teacher whenever I get the chance as I have a passion for music. I am also very interested in Drama and enjoyed taking part in productions put on by the school. I am also a member of my college’s Women’s Rugby Team and enjoy playing in this team sport where the cooperation and respect of the other players is crucial in it’s success. Two years ago I had my own radio show at my University’s radio station where there was very small room for error and this has helped me handle pressure. I also enjoy shopping and socializing with my friends, listening to music and going to festivals and gigs, reading and going to the gym.
